I've coached hockey at Mumbai Sports Club since 2011. Most of my players were between 10 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm still learning every day.

If you played for me, you probably remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
