Coach Kouki
Youth rugby coach and mentor
- 🇯🇵 Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan
- Starlight Youth Club
- 1980 to 2009
- Japanese
For 29 years I ran the rugby program at Starlight Youth Club in Tokyo. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I fix old bicycles.
I'm still learning every day.
What gifts mean to Coach Kouki: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
