Coach Kioko
Rugby coach, Central Community Club
- 🇹🇿 Arusha, Arusha, Tanzania
- Central Community Club
- Since 1980
- English, Swahili
I've coached rugby at Central Community Club since 1980. Most of my players were between 10 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Coach Kioko
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
