Coach Kioko
Cross country coach, Mukono Maple Ridge Athletic Club
- 🇺🇬 Mukono, Central Region, Uganda
- Since 1984
- English, Spanish
For 42 years I've run the cross country program at Mukono Maple Ridge Athletic Club in Mukono. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
