Coach Joya
Youth swimming coach and mentor
- 🇮🇳 Patna, Bihar, India
- 1997 to 2020
- English, Bengali
I'm a swimming coach. I never went pro, but I got to see 1,040 kids fall in love with the game.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never once raised my voice.
I'm still learning every day.
What gifts mean to Coach Joya: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
