Coach Joseph

- Jinja Boxing Gym
- 1989 to 2022

I coached baseball at Jinja Boxing Gym from 1989 to 2022. Most of my players were between 11 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Coach Joseph: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
