Coach Itzel

I coached netball at Alcalá de Henares Community Club from 1999 to 2013. Most of my players were between 10 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
