Coach Hamisi
Coached table tennis for 18 years in Kampala
- 🇺🇬 Kampala, Central Region, Uganda
- 2007 to 2025
- English
For 18 years I ran the table tennis program at Highland Football Club in Kampala. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to Coach Hamisi: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
