I coached hockey at Lucknow Frangipani Sports Club from 1997 to 2005. Most of my players were between 10 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
What gifts mean to Coach Gopal: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
