Coach Everly
Swimming and fitness coach, Toronto
- 🇨🇦 Toronto, Ontario, Canada
- Toronto Swimming Club
- Since 1984
- English
For 42 years I've run the swimming program at Toronto Swimming Club in Toronto. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Coach Everly
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Everly: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
