I coached athletics at Pittsburgh Highland Boxing Gym from 2006 to 2024. Most of my players were between 11 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
What gifts mean to Coach Esteban: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
