Coach Emiliano
Cross country and fitness coach, Medellín
- 🇨🇴 Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia
- Medellín Sports Club
- Since 2015
- Spanish
For eleven years I've run the cross country program at Medellín Sports Club in Medellín. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
