Coach Darshan
Cycling coach, Pune Swimming Club
- 🇮🇳 Pune, Maharashtra, India
- Pune Swimming Club
- 1985 to 2021
- English, Gujarati
I coached cycling at Pune Swimming Club from 1985 to 2021. Most of my players were between 12 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never once raised my voice.
More about Coach Darshan
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Darshan: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
