Coach Crystal
Cross country coach, Lincoln Athletic Club
- 🇺🇸 Fort Collins, Colorado, United States
- Lincoln Athletic Club
- 2014 to 2025
- English
For eleven years I ran the cross country program at Lincoln Athletic Club in Fort Collins. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I answered every email, even at midnight.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
