For eight years I've run the hockey program at Greenfield Athletic Club in Hamilton. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
I'm still learning every day.
