For 44 years I've run the athletics program at Surabaya Fairview Football Club in Surabaya. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Coach Ayu
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Coach Ayu: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
