Coach Asher
Youth wrestling coach and mentor
- 🇺🇸 Durham, North Carolina, United States
- Durham Boxing Gym
- 1992 to 2023
- English
I coached wrestling at Durham Boxing Gym from 1992 to 2023. Most of my players were between 10 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
More about Coach Asher
If you played for me, you probably remember that terrible school play.
What gifts mean to Coach Asher: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
