Coach Ama
Youth gymnastics coach and mentor
- 🇬🇭 Tema, Greater Accra, Ghana
- Starlight Sports Club
- 1986 to 2017
- English
I coached gymnastics at Starlight Sports Club from 1986 to 2017. Most of my players were between 8 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Coach Ama
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

You coached me in 2025. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Bang Khen.
