Coach Almaz
Wrestling coach, Addis Ababa Youth Club
- 🇪🇹 Addis Ababa, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
- Since 1994
- English, Amharic
I've coached wrestling at Addis Ababa Youth Club since 1994. Most of my players were between 8 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Coach Almaz
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Coach Almaz: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
