Coach Akari
Badminton coach, Tokyo Athletic Club
- 🇯🇵 Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan
- Tokyo Athletic Club
- Since 1987
- English, Japanese
I've coached badminton at Tokyo Athletic Club since 1987. Most of my players were between 8 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never raise my voice.

What gifts mean to Coach Akari: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
