Claudio Mattia Pellegrino
Youth netball coach and mentor
- 🇮🇹 Catania, Sicily, Italy
- Liberty Swimming Club
- 2007 to 2022
- Italian
For 15 years I ran the netball program at Liberty Swimming Club in Catania. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Claudio: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
