Helping people break into small business
- 🇧🇷 Caxias do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil
- Caxias do Sul Foundation
- Since 1996
- Portuguese
For 30 years I've mentored people in small business and design. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
More about Cláudio
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Cláudio: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
