Claudia H. Quintero
Mentor in small business and engineering
- 🇦🇷 Mendoza, Mendoza, Argentina
- Lotus Youth Network
- Since 1988

For 38 years I've mentored people in small business and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Claudia
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
