Citlali A. Tapia
Master of bicycle repair, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇸 El Paso, Texas, United States
- Little Greenfield Works
- 1995 to 2022
- English
I've worked in bicycle repair from 1995 to 2022. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 700 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I take the work seriously, though not myself.

What gifts mean to Citlali: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
