Cheng Lei Shi
Mentor in finance and first-generation students
- 🇨🇦 Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
- Edmonton Mentoring Circle
- Since 1979
- English, Mandarin
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,490 people through Edmonton Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
