Chebet Njeri Shayo

Swimming and fitness coach, Dar es Salaam

  • 🇹🇿 Dar es Salaam, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
  • Dar es Salaam Community Club
  • 1988 to 2021
  • English, Swahili
For 33 years I ran the swimming program at Dar es Salaam Community Club in Dar es Salaam. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather. My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.

More about Chebet

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
