Helping people break into engineering

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 480 people through Kilimanjaro Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.

What gifts mean to Charlene: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first engineering job in 2023. I still have your notes. Greetings from Lahore.
