I've coached softball at Bayview Swimming Club since 2016. Most of my players were between 11 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learn every name in the first week.
More about Ceren
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
