Cecilia A. Castro
Mentor in finance and engineering
- 🇵🇭 Lapu-Lapu, Cebu, Philippines
- Queensway Mentoring Circle
- 2004 to 2019

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 440 people through Queensway Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Cecilia
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
