Carolina Antônia Freitas
Mentor in careers and leadership
- 🇧🇷 São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil
- São Paulo Foundation
- Since 1982
- Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,550 people through São Paulo Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Carolina
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Carolina: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
