Carol P. Duncan
Master of pottery, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇸 Augusta, Georgia, United States
- Little Augusta Repairs
- Since 2012
- English
I've worked in pottery since 2012. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 830 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Carol
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Carol: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
