I run Rio de Janeiro Kitchen in Rio de Janeiro. We started in 2012 with four tables and one very patient dishwasher.
On Sundays I cook for anyone who turns up. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
