Baking for ten years in Celaya
- 🇲🇽 Celaya, Guanajuato, Mexico
- Celaya Works
- 1979 to 1989
- Spanish
I've worked in baking from 1979 to 1989. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 570 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I try to remember everyone's name.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Carlos
If I fixed something for you, I hope it's still holding.
What gifts mean to Carlos: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
