I've cooked since 1996, first at home, then at Our Lady of Peace Kitchen and later in my own kitchen. Food is how I say thank you. My recipes mostly come from my older brother. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
