Baking, done properly
- 🇺🇸 Scranton, Pennsylvania, United States
- St. Anne's Repairs
- Since 1981
- English
I've worked in baking since 1981. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 2,210 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
Thank you for stopping by.
More about Brooks
If I fixed something for you, I hope it's still holding.
What gifts mean to Brooks: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
