Brooks H. Chen
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇸 El Paso, Texas, United States
- Old Baobab Repairs
- 2018 to 2025
- English
I'm a baking specialist. If you live around El Paso, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Brooks: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
