I coached boxing at Bristol Silverlake Sports Club from 2018 to 2025. Most of my players were between 9 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learned every name in the first week.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

If you played for me, you probably remember the rainy sports day.
