Brian Okello Rashidi

Keeper of the local history archives

  • 🇰🇪 Kikuyu, Kiambu, Kenya
  • Kingsway Library
  • 1982 to 2006
  • English
For 24 years I looked after the shelves, the card catalog and the regulars at Kingsway Library. Some of my favorite visitors were children who came for the heating and stayed for the books. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Brian: I'd put a gift toward a reading corner at the nearby school.
