Kioko Mwende Githinji
Ten years at Kikuyu Archive
- 🇰🇪 Kikuyu, Kiambu, Kenya
- Kikuyu Archive
- 2015 to 2025
- English, Swahili, Spanish
I worked at Kikuyu Archive from 2015 to 2025. If there was a question, we'd find an answer, or at least a book that might help.
Some of my favorite visitors were children who came for the heating and stayed for the books.
More about Kioko
If you ever returned a book late to me, you're forgiven.

What gifts mean to Kioko: I'd put a gift toward a reading corner at the nearby school.
