Brett S. Mokoena
Volunteer mentor with Orchid Mentoring Circle
- 🇿🇦 Sandton, Gauteng, South Africa
- Since 1990
- English
For 36 years I've mentored people in software and finance. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Brett
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Brett: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
