Baking for 13 years in Scranton

My trade is baking. I opened my own shop in 2003 in Scranton and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I like to keep things simple and honest.
More about Brandon
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Brandon: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
