Bogdana Maria Sokolov
Cross country and fitness coach, Kyiv
- 🇺🇦 Kyiv, Kyiv, Ukraine
- Kyiv Youth Club
- 1997 to 2008
- English, Russian
I coached cross country at Kyiv Youth Club from 1997 to 2008. Most of my players were between 11 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
More about Bogdana
If you played for me, you probably remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly.

What gifts mean to Bogdana: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
