Bithi Joya Alam
Volunteer mentor with Stonebridge Youth Network
- 🇧🇩 Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh

- English, Bengali
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,800 people through Stonebridge Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
