Bikash Ram Subedi
Mentor in teaching and writing
- 🇳🇵 Lalitpur, Bagmati, Nepal
- Lalitpur Community Trust
- 1995 to 2019
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,320 people through Lalitpur Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Bikash
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Bikash: Any gift helps me keep running a free monthly workshop.
