For 20 years I ran the badminton program at Cluj-Napoca Swimming Club in Cluj-Napoca. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Bianca: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
