I coached cycling at București Sports Club from 2004 to 2022. Most of my players were between 11 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Bianca
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
