I coached football at Lincoln Football Club from 1998 to 2023. Most of my players were between 10 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I answered every email, even at midnight.
I'm still learning every day.
What gifts mean to Bhavna: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
