Bezawit Liya Desta
Volunteer mentor with St. Mary's Community Trust
- 🇪🇹 Gondar, Amhara, Ethiopia
- St. Mary's Community Trust
- 2007 to 2025
- English
For 18 years I've mentored people in careers and design. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Bezawit
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
