Local thatching and carpentry
- 🇹🇷 Ankara, Ankara, Türkiye
- Ankara Trades Guild
- 1986 to 2009
- English
I've worked in thatching from 1986 to 2009. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 1,100 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I garden badly but happily.
More about Berk
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Berk: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
