Berhanu Ephrem Hagos
Small business mentor, Addis Ababa
- 🇪🇹 Addis Ababa, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
- Fairview Association
- Since 2005
- English, Amharic
For 21 years I've mentored people in small business and public speaking. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Berhanu
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Berhanu: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
